We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. These guidelines help us provide timely, focused care to every patient.

Appointment Guidelines
Scheduling Your Appointment
Appointments can be scheduled by calling either office during business hours or by submitting a request online. We do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time. If your dentist has referred you, please let us know at the time of scheduling so we can coordinate records in advance.
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any remaining paperwork and check-in procedures. If you’ve completed your new patient forms online, you may arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on the day’s schedule.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another patient who may be in pain. Repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or affect future scheduling availability.
Emergency Appointments
We reserve time in our schedule every day for dental emergencies. If you’re experiencing severe pain, swelling, or trauma, call us as soon as possible—we will do our best to see you the same day.
Sedation Appointments
If you’ve opted for oral conscious sedation, please ensure a companion is available to drive you to and from the office. Take your prescribed medication at the time specified by your endodontist. Failure to arrange a driver may result in rescheduling your appointment.
